American Egg Board Webinar

The American Egg Board® will present a webcast dealing with functional properties of eggs and their use.  Presenters will be Nelson Serrano-Bahri, Director of Innovation and Dana Lawnzak, Director of Food Chain Outreach.  The webinar is an initiative of the Eggcelerator Lab.
