The American Egg Board (AEB) has launched the “Dozenish Reasons” campaign directed at manufacturers to encourage the use of eggs in products. The sharp increase in price of both shell eggs and liquid has motivated inclusion egg substitutes by caterers and manufacturers in recipes as occurred during the 2015 HPAI epornitic.
The campaign delivered close to 100,000 impressions through April and May with full-page advertisements in Food Technology and Prepared Food with additional digital placements to continue through July.
