New Just-Crack-an Egg varieties Introduced


According to a Company release on Monday April 29th Kraft Heinz Co. announced the addition of three new varieties to its Just-Crack-an Egg range. The new retail products include: Protein Packed, Southwest Style and a vegetable-based version of its original product.

Protein Packed includes uncured bacon, pork sausage and sharp cheddar cheese. The Southwest Style is made with chorizo, Monterey jack cheese, potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers and onions. The company is also launching a veggie version of its Just Crack an Egg.

“Consumers are demanding more of their breakfast. We know people are looking for something that’s easy to prepare but also satisfies their personal breakfast desires,” said Matt Riezman, associate director of marketing for Just Crack an Egg. “Our four original varieties satisfy people’s desire for a convenient, hot breakfast on a weekday that reminds them of something they only had on the weekend. Now, we’re expanding the line to include meatless options, incorporate spicy flavors and provide an option for people looking for more protein.”

In 2018, Just Crack an Egg launched four varieties including Denver Scramble, All American Scramble, Ultimate Scramble and Rustic Scramble.
