AEB Increases Egg Consumption at Harvard University

The American Egg Board recently cooperated with Harvard University Dining Service to place scrambled egg stations in residential halls on campus.  The initiative was accompanied by a video to help more than 500 students make scrambled eggs, vastly increasing consumption of liquid egg and adding to the nutritional value of diets. This program hopefully will create a new generation of affluent egg consumers.
